West Diesel Engineering Oy operates in the field of engine and powertrain solutions for industrial and marine applications. In Finland, we represent well-known brands such as John Deere Power Systems, Mitsubishi engines, Rehlko engines and Stamford generators.
We are now looking for a person to take responsibility for generator sales — especially diesel generators, standby power solutions, and generator packages for industrial and project-based applications.
Your responsibilities include:
- Sales of generators and development of customer relationships
- Identifying customer needs and defining suitable technical solutions
- Preparing calculations and quotations
- Communication with customers, suppliers and partners
- Commercial follow-up of projects from order to delivery
- Developing the generator business together with the rest of the team
We expect you to have:
- Experience in technical sales, project sales or similar roles
- Understanding of generators, engines, electrical engineering or industrial technical solutions
- Ability to discuss both technical and commercial matters with customers
- A proactive and responsible way of working
- Fluent Finnish skills and sufficient English skills
Previous experience with generators, standby power solutions, engines, electrical contracting or industrial project deliveries is considered an advantage.

The position is based in Forssa, Finland, but the role also includes customer visits within Finland. Partial remote work is also possible.
